The WZ-882 I-shaped carton tape applicator is a general-purpose inline tape application machine developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation specifically for the anti-score-line reinforcement process on formed cartons. It automatically applies clear tape along the anti-score lines of cartons, effectively preventing packing straps from cutting into the board and improving the load-bearing strength of cartons. The machine is equipped with a turning mechanism, and 3 groups of tape applicator heads perform tape application in the X and Y directions simultaneously.

The WZ-882 I-shaped carton tape applicator is a general-purpose inline tape applicator developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for the burst-line reinforcement process on formed cartons. It automatically applies clear tape at the carton burst-line positions to prevent packing straps from cutting the board and improve the carton’s load-bearing strength. With a turning mechanism and 3 tape applicator heads, it performs tape application in the X and Y directions at the same time. Frame width can be customized and tailored to the customer’s workshop line layout, suiting volume reinforcement taping of color-printed cartons and corrugated boards.
