1. Basic application

The multi-function labeling machine for square and round bottles handles single-side and two-side labeling of flat, round, and square bottles, such as single or two-side labeling of flat shampoo bottles, round and square mineral water bottles, flat lubricant bottles, and round hand sanitizer bottles. Two sides are labeled at once, and two labels improve production efficiency; the machine is widely used in household and personal care, mineral water, cosmetics, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries. With an added round bottle positioning mechanism, labels can be applied at a fixed position on the product; with an added rolling mechanism for round bottles, half-wrap or full-wrap labeling is possible.

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle: the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system dispenses a label and applies it to the target position on the product; the product passes the label wiping device, the label is pressed onto the product, and one label application is complete.

◆ Operating sequence: load products (can connect to a production line) ―> product conveying ―> product spacing ―> labeling (automatic) ―> collect labeled products.
