The WZ-910 automatic material separation, tape application and bagging machine is an integrated fully automatic inline machine developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for small plastic parts and accessories. It integrates the whole sequence of vibratory bowl automatic feeding, accurate tape application (film application) and automatic counting and bagging. It is mainly used to apply foam traceless adhesive to the nylon cable-tie mounting bases of plastic parts, and also handles small hardware and plastic parts such as hooks, clips and battery buckles. It delivers unmanned integrated production from feeding to tape application to bagging, greatly reducing the labor needed for manual sorting, tape application and packaging positions.
