The WZ-122 dual-head automatic flat-surface labeling machine is Wanzhi Automation's general-purpose inline top-surface labeling system for automatic top-surface labeling of regular flat workpieces. Equipped with a photoelectric sensing system, it automatically triggers label dispensing and application when material passes on the conveyor, and the 2 labeling heads can apply 2 labels at different positions simultaneously. Automatic material separation and finished-product collection mechanisms are optional to suit product characteristics, and coding machines or inkjet printers can be added for fully automated operation. It handles batch labeling of many flat product categories, including stationery and educational gifts, packaging boxes, hardware parts, plastic parts, and paper sheets.

The WZ-122 dual-head automatic flat-surface labeling machine is Wanzhi Automation’s general-purpose inline top-surface labeling machine, suited to automatic top-surface labeling of various regular flat workpieces. Fitted with a photoelectric sensing system, it triggers tape dispensing and labeling automatically as items pass on the conveyor, and its 2 labeling heads can apply 2 labels at different positions at the same time. Automatic material separation and finished-product collection mechanisms are available to suit product characteristics. A coding machine and an inkjet coder can be added to print production date, batch number, barcode and other traceability information on the label at the same time. Fully automated operation replaces manual labeling and improves production efficiency, suiting volume labeling of stationery and gifts, packaging boxes, hardware parts, plastic parts, paper boards and many other flat products.
