WZ-871The automatic tape applicator for blister trays is a custom-built automatic tape application machine for plastic blister trays and turnover trays. Its core function is the automatic, accurate application of double-sided tape with integrated automatic liner peeling, perfectly matched to downstream automatic foam application, sealing and assembly processes and closing the gaps between line stations. The machine has 2 independent tape applicator heads that can apply several tape segments of different specifications at the same time, covering diverse tape application requirements. A fully automatic loading and stacking collection platform enables closed-loop automated production throughout, with no manual intervention. The machine runs stably and offers high application accuracy, completely replacing conventional manual tape application and eliminating offset, wrinkling, missed tape and low efficiency, greatly improving tape application consistency and production efficiency while reducing labor cost and defect rates. It suits high-volume, standardized industrial production.
