The WZ-826 tape applicator for mica sheets is a fully enclosed large automatic inline tape applicator developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for new energy mica insulation boards. It is designed for automatic cutting and application of double-sided tape and PET double-sided tape at fixed positions on mica products. The machine integrates four core modules — an automatic loading lifting platform, a precision tape application mechanism, a re-pressing and leveling mechanism, and an automatic collection lifting platform — with full enclosure guarding and fully unmanned continuous operation. It suits volume insulation adhesive backing for large mica sheets and is widely used on lithium battery and new energy heat dissipation and insulation component lines.
