  • High-accuracy application with no bubbles and no skew: a servo drive system with optional vision positioning ensures the label meets the product surface seamlessly. It is especially suited to continuous application of 1-meter aluminum foil labels, with position error ≤0.5mm, firm adhesion and clear marking.

  • Automatic web correction and tape detection: built-in tension control and label web correction effectively prevent the material from wandering. A remaining-label detection function gives an automatic reminder before the roll runs out, enabling uninterrupted production.

  • Versatile with quick changeover: it handles not only labels of the “OVERGANGS-LIST” type but also materials such as SekMebende (secondary wrap film). Modular fixtures and application heads allow quick changeover between tubes, wood and cable products.

  • Tested in real applications: in customer site tests, the machine successfully applied aluminum foil labels to a certain model of tube at over 20 pieces per minute, with label numbers and batch information fully readable, no missed labels and no wrinkles, fully meeting industrial marking standards.
