b. Dynamic causes: 1. The product shakes on the conveyor. Solution: reduce the guide clearance to prevent the product from shaking on the conveyor. 2. Label dispensing must match product speed. Solution: adjust the pulling frequency or the conveying speed so that the label is dispensed exactly when the product reaches the labeling position.
Second category: electrical causes
Electrical causes include detection and power:
a. Detection causes: 1. The stop position is inaccurate. Solution: reset the label sensor so that the labeling machine stops dispensing after the label is applied. 2. Product detection is inaccurate. Solution: adjust the product sensor and amplifier so that products to be labeled are detected accurately and labels are dispensed accurately.
b. The common power-related cause is abnormal transmission. Solution: check and tighten the transmission components to ensure normal operation of the labeling machine.
Third category: product causes
Product causes involve both the label and the product:
a. A common label problem is that label spacing does not meet requirements. Solution: use labels whose spacing meets the requirement.
b. A common product problem is excessive dimensional tolerance. Solution: check and adjust product dimensional accuracy so that the label is applied at a fixed position on the product.
