IC tray scanning
This machine integrates electronic tray scanning, instant print-and-apply labeling, and vacuum bagging in one unit, completing multiple processes with a single machine;
1. Scope of application

2. Working process
◆ Core working principle: the printer is connected to a database. When the product sensor detects a signal, it sends it to the labeling control system, and the printing system then prints a label with the corresponding content and applies it.
◆ Operating sequence: automatic start ――> the feeder separates materials automatically and the PLC sends a print start signal to the printer software ――> the blow valve starts blowing ――> the printer prints the label ――> printing complete ――> the vacuum head turns on vacuum pick-up ――> the blow valve stops blowing ――> the product sensor detects a signal ――> product positioning is executed ――> the labeling head moves down to apply the label ――> the labeling head moves up and printing is complete ――> one labeling cycle is finished.
