When starting up:
If abnormal noise occurs during operation, stop the machine immediately and check;
either the lubrication of the rotating shaft does not meet the requirements or the working environment is the cause: check whether the rotating shaft lacks lubricant and whether there is water or other liquid on the equipment surfaces.
During labeling:
If printing shows irregular barcodes, abnormal label dispensing, or missing labels, stop the machine immediately and check;
check on the operating system whether parameters are set incorrectly, whether there are impurities on the surface of the labeling shaft, and whether the labels being applied are damaged.
